Head Coach, Sean Phillips

Former Vere Technical and G.C. Foster (Jamaica, WI) track and field standout is founder of Awesome Power track Club. Coach Sean started his coaching career in 1998 and has coached many athletes to full scholarships at Division I Universities/Colleges.

Head Coach-Youth, Disa Nicholson

A former sprinter for the Trinidad and Tobago national team and a graduate of Baruch College, Disa began her coaching career in 2003. She currently coaches a girls' Catholic High School and team in addition to her coaching duties with Awesome Power Track Club

Asst. Coach, Lenroy Raffington

Hails from Vere Technical HS and NY Institute of Technology. Provides guidance and mentoring as he is a certified teacher at Hempstead HS. Has been apart of Awesome Power since its inception.
